By requesting a quote, booking a job, or otherwise using the services of SJN Flooring Co ("SJN", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service.
Quotes provided by SJN are estimates based on the information supplied and, where applicable, an in person survey. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins. Prices may be affected by changes to scope, materials, or access discovered once work is underway.
A booking is confirmed once both parties agree a date in writing. SJN will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timescales but is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including material availability or access issues.
Where SJN supplies materials only, responsibility for correct installation passes to the customer's own fitter. Where SJN fits materials supplied by the customer, SJN is not responsible for defects in materials that were not supplied by SJN.
Payment terms are agreed at the point of booking. Corporate accounts may be offered net payment terms subject to approval. Outstanding balances may incur reasonable late payment charges.
Cancellations made with reasonable notice ahead of a scheduled fitting date will not incur a charge. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials or scheduled labour.
Work carried out by SJN is guaranteed against faulty workmanship for a reasonable period following completion. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, water ingress, or normal wear and tear.
SJN's liability in connection with any job is limited to the value of that job, except where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.
SJN may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
